Please see below our new Abbreviated Schedule for this year’s Online Competition. If you picked up our full schedule earlier in the year, hold on to it as, all being well ,this will be the basis of our 2021 Competition and Show.

Flowers

1. One pot fern or foliage plant                                           

2. One pot flowering plant 

3. One pot cactus

4. Three dahlias (any variety)

5. Three roses

6. Sweet peas, one vase, mixed, 9 stems

7. One vase mixed herbaceous flowers

8. One vase mixed annuals

9. One gladiolus in a vase

    10. One container (max 40cm width of mixed outdoor flowering plants)

Vegetables & Fruit

11. One ‘wonky’ vegetable, any variety

12. Collection of four vegetables, one of each variety, in a container

13. One basket vegetables for soup pot, not to exceed six varieties

14.One pot any herb

15. Four tomatoes with calyx attached

16. Three leeks (display with ruler or tape measure)

17. Four stalks rhubarb (display with ruler or tape measure)

18. Four apples, dessert or cooking

19. One dish any other fruit, one variety

20.  The decoration of a child’s birthday cake

21.  Open sandwich ( detailing list of toppings)

Hobbies and Crafts

22.  A trinket box, handmade, any medium – e.g. card, felt, wood or wool

Floral Art

An exhibit is composed of natural plant materials, foliage and flowers, with or without accessories. Backgrounds, bases, containers, drapes, exhibit titles and mechanics may always be included. There are no size restrictions this year for the online competition.
